Thank God for blessings, big and small. The day started out like it was going to be a disaster. First off my office desktop crashed, I couldn't access my work files at all. Most likely culprit was a virus from one of the websites my sister frequents to watch her telenovelas. Some of my immediate work, I can do on my laptop, as I had some of my files on my flash drive. But MOST if not all of my work are in that desktop, and it is imperative that I am able to retrieve my files from my hard drive. The verdict will be out tomorrow if I can salvage anything. Otherwise, ... No, there cannot be an "otherwise", simply incomprehensible. Please God, save my files. I know that you do not give me challenges that I can't handle, but I would really be grateful if you can save my harddrive.
The rest of the morning was manic. "So many things to do, so little time" is apt.
The good news that turned the day around was my doctor's saying that, based on my test results, I'm a pretty healthy person.
I couldn't be petty & gripe about small stuff after that. Again, thank you God for answered prayers :)
